11 down 9 to go
question 1
HRT in their short spell so far in F1 have been known for changing their drivers mid-season, do you think this is an option for the team or will they opt to create continuity for the remainder of the season?
@RobLMyers : I'd like to see HRT drop Karthikeyan and give Dani Clos a chance. Let's face it, HRT are never going to be a great force in F1, but they could serve a useful purpose if they given young talent a chance to race. I really don't see how Karthikeyan brings anything to the sport or HRT. At least de la Rosa brings valuable experience which will help the team to develop.
@multicooldude34 : I think HRT should and will stick with the current line up. Kartikeyan and De La Rosa are a solid line-up and Liuzzi wouldn't do much better.
@kylebfmv11_F1 : I think they will change their drivers, because both narain and pedro have under performed compared to last season, with tonio and daniel.

question 2
Caterham , Marussia and HRT are yet to score a point in F1 do you think this is possible before the end of the season?
@MarussiaF1Will : Not this year, for all three teams. Unless there is a high retirement rate in a race. Marussia and HRT will be much closer to Caterham next year as both cars will have (more powerful) KERS for the first time. With Mark Tatham chief designer at HRT and Pat Symonds overseeing the design at Marussia expect both teams to take giant leaps forward.
@DarshanChokhani : When the season began, it was looking like Caterham would score their first championship points this season but it's not looking like that now. I don't see them scoring this season unless there's a crazy race. As for Marussia & HRT, they are too far away to score. Only chance will be via a race where all the top runners crash or have a DNF.
@joshbohnf1 : Yes! Caterham are at their very best and I feel a lower downforce circuit like Monza could be their best chance but in a season like this anyone can score points! Of the teams yet to score I feel Caterham will score first.

question 3
It was reported on the 6th August that the first layer of pavement and the final layer of the base course have been laid at the COTA circuit . Do you think that the circuit and its facilities will be ready in time to host a GP in just 3 months time?
@Donz358 : I think the circuit will be ready but I’m not sure if all the facilities will be fully operational. I think we may see a similar situation to India when the track opened for the first time – the track was OK but other parts of the circuit had problems.
@cbesudha : Texans tend to be a little Indian in their attitude and do things at the 12th hour :) But unlike India where you can throw a lot of people at the job and they can work any number of hours, labour laws in the USA dont allow that. Recent reports suggest they might not get the $30 million from the state's Major Event Trust Fund they were expecting. Dicey but yes Jose in the end I think.

bonus question
With Spa, Monza, Singapore, Suzuka, Korea, India, Abu Dhabi, Austin and Brazil left to be raced upon in the current season which race are you looking forward to the most and why?
@alonsomanso : Suzuka, i love that track also would be great wake up at 2:00 for the qualy and race i really miss that.
@hedgeryhoops : Can I pick four? Spa and Monza (both legendary tracks and should ALWAYS remain on the F1 calendar), Singapore (I have grown to love this night circuit despite loathing it when it initially came on the calendar), and Austin (it sounds like an excellent track, it's about time we had an American race, it's been too long!)
@NigelBeechey : Spa is the race I'm looking forward to most, it might offer some clues as to how part two will pan out.. unfortunately, I'll miss quali and the race live!! :/ To be honest, there's not been a bad race this year so I'm looking forward to Brazilto see who'll win the championship. I think it'll go down to the wire this year.
@jo_johnson63 : I am looking forward to Spa as we fans are missing F1 after the long summer break and it is a fantastic circuit which the drivers clearly love. I've been twice so always look forward to it. Other than Spa I do love a night race as there is something special about them and the cars look amazing under the lights, so Abu Dhabi or Singapore. However you cannot knock the unique atmosphere that Monza has either. Can I just answer " all of the above" ?
